Access Actions:
Enable: Enables the access the cloud account and related RosettaHUB artifacts
Disable: Disables the access to the cloud account and related RosettaHUB artifacts
Quarantine:Â Disables the access to the cloud account and related RosettaHUB artifacts, access can only be restored by a manual unquarantine action. This action is only available on AWS accounts.
Unquarantine:Â Removed the cloud account from the quarantine. The cloud account has to be also enabled for the account to be accessible. This action is only available on AWS accounts.
Detach and Cleanup:Â Detaches a cloud account from a user after a cleanup of the account. The cloud account is then put into a cloud accounts pool and can be re-assigned to other users.
Resources Actions:
Stop All: Stops all compute, machine learning, and database instances, instances that cannot be stopped are terminated after taking a snapshots .
Terminate All:Â Terminates all compute, machine learning and database instances as well as all clusters (Kubernetes, ECS, Hadoop and Spark). This action is irreversible.
Cleanup All:Â Removes everything from the cloud account. This action is irreversible.

Transfer Budget:
   When you manage a RosettaHUB organization you can transfer a budget in batch mode from the "Cloud Accounts" panel:
   Step 1: Select the cloud accounts you want to transfer budget to
    Step 2: From the actions menu under the Budget sub-menu, click on Transfer Budget
    Step 3: Enter the amount you want to transfer
    Step 4: Click on Transfer

Reverse Transfer:Â get parts of the budgets of cloud accounts transferred back to you. For this you would need special permissions. Please contact us by opening a support ticket by clicking on Support from your account dashboard.

Superuser Actions:

Go To Cloud Console: go to the console of the providerÂ
Masquerade as: Masquerades as a user, you will be logged in to RosettaHUB as the user, it is not possible to un-masquerade
Masquerade as(show all): same as"Masquerades as" but you will be able to see everything on the console even the features that the actual user don't have due to his role permissionsÂ
Update password:Â update the selected Account's password
Reset All Keys: Resets all access keys for IAM users or GCP service accounts that are managed by RH.
Reset Rosettahub Keys: Resets the access keys linked to the RosettaHUB keys that are linked to the cloud account.

Organization actions:
Managers can add or remove Cloud Accounts from sub-organizations on which they have ADMIN or SUPERUSER roles
Add to Organization: add a Cloud Account to an organization to use
Remove From Organization: remove a Cloud account from the possession of an organization

Email Actions:
Send Credentials: Sends the Could Account Holder a link via email to reset his/her credentials
Update Email: Changes the email of the account

Permissions actions
Set Limits:Â Set limits for a user's cloud accounts: maximum number of machines, maximum storage size etc.
Assign Roles to User:Â Set a users's assigned roles. Regions, services, and instance types are mapped to RosettaHUB roles, adding or removing such roles changes the allowed perimeter of actions for the user's cloud accounts

Pool actions:Â Anonymous Generic Accounts
The organization can contain a set of cloud accounts with anonymous identifiers which can be assigned to grant temporary access to users that are not part of your organization, for example for a Hackathon or for giving a course outside of your organization. In this case after the course/Hakathon is finished, you will need to reset the emails and passwords associated with the accounts cleanup all their data and resources of the cloud accounts.
